• Doubles sign-in deadline: Monday at 13:00
• Please check times and matches each day, as some venues might change due to availability of courts.
• Tuck Shops:  Groenkloof: Light meals, refreshments; Lynnwood: Refreshments, no food; Tuks: No tuck shop at tennis courts, but restaurant and refreshments at restaurant close to courts; Van der Westhuizen Tennis Academy: Toasted sandwiches , refreshments (shopping centre across the road with various fast food outlets.
• Each player to bring own medical kit - the tournament personnel are not allowed to administer any medication.
• Please reports to the desk official at least 15 minutes before your match.
• NO pets.
• ENJOY the tournament.
